Marilyn Giersbach is an accomplished abstract painter whose work explores the expressive power of color, form, and texture. She received her formal training at the San Francisco Institute and the New York Studio School, developing a bold, intuitive style that challenges traditional boundaries and invites viewers into a world of rhythmic compositions.
Over the course of her career, Marilyn continued her studies at Bard College, Coby College, Albany State University, the Boston Institute of Art, and Williams College, refining her distinctive voice as an artist. Her dedication and talent have led to exhibitions at esteemed venues including the 55 Mercer Gallery, the Painting Center, Bard College, and the Pittsfield Museum of Art.
